Ways to avoid an ending

Ways to avoid an ending

It was widely reported in the news last week that the suicide rate in the UK has risen to a 16 year high, with the sad and shocking statistic that every 40 seconds someone loses their life to suicide. Tuesday 10th September 2019 was World Suicide Prevention Day and in just over a month, 10th October 2019,  it will be World Mental Health Day and the focus this year is on suicide prevention.
