Spaces in the WPF Therapy CBT Clinic – spread the word
Habits can be good or bad and unhelpful habits can definitely be changed. With CBT we work on creating and adapting thought patterns to help you change the way you view yourself, and help you to understand the way you approach aspects of your life. This could include your work, your relationships, how you participate in meetings, or even the reason why you find it difficult to commit to the gym. By changing the unhelpful aspects of the way you think, we are able to achieve a flexible way of thinking that will open the door for new experiences and allow new habits to be formed.
Do you have any habits you would like to change?
The WPF Therapy Clinic is open from 8am – 9pm, Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm on Saturdays. CBT is available throughout our open hours and there is currently no waiting list for Saturdays.
