Now taking referrals for the next group to begin September / October 2014

Worried about getting older?

Maybe you are feeling down, lonely or anxious?

Perhaps you feel overwhelmed by events of the past?

Not sure what the future holds?

Why not join our 10 week group programme where you will find a supportive space to share your experiences and concerns, meet other people, work on difficult issues and learn new skills and coping strategies to improve your wellbeing.

The group is a 10 week programme and will focus on key weekly themes such as depression and loneliness, isolation, relationships, loss and other areas that are important to group members.

Venue: 23 Magdalen Street, London SE1 2EN (London Bridge)

Day and Time: Monday AM
