Time-limited psychodynamic psychotherapy is a focused therapy of up to 12 sessions. Together with our therapists clients agree a specific goal to work towards with subsequent weekly one-to-one sessions each lasting for 50 minutes.
The sessions provide an opportunity to explore problems in depth with the therapist in order to achieve greater self-awareness and to explore the possibility of change.
Time-limited therapy can be particularly helpful when experiencing problems such as:
- inability to manage under pressure
- relationship difficulties
- bullying and harassment
- poor performance at work
- traumatic incidents
- stress, anxiety and depression
- bereavement
- redundancy
