Work Location:

Currently all our staff are working remotely. Roles may be offered based on working remotely temporarily and subsequently from our London office.

Interviews:

  • Programme Manager (Assessment) – Clinical Qualification in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

WPF Therapy is in an exciting phase of change and this is an opportunity to work with our Director of Studies to shape and co-lead with the Programme Manager (Selection) the psychodynamic psychotherapy programme.  This postholder will have responsibility for the last two years of training including assessment and the MA dissertation modules. They will be expected to work together with the Programme Manager (Selection) to create a seamless programme.

    • 21 hours per week: Monday, Thursday and Friday. Occasional Saturdays (approx. 6 a year)
    • Actual salary £28,119.00 per annum. (£46,865.00 Full Time Equivalent salary per annum)

  • Programme Manager for Foundation and Introductory Courses

WPF Therapy is in an exciting phase of change and this is an opportunity to work with our Director of Studies to shape our foundation and introductory courses as we move from being fully building based to offering training that is both fully on-line and blended.

Our Program Managers need to be able to balance leading their courses with fully participating as a team member and day to day collaboration with staff at all levels in the organisation. We are equally open to applications from experienced Program Managers in Higher Education and to Psychotherapists with previous management experience and transferable skills. The Directorate has a strong track record in developing staff and welcomes applications from those looking to develop within the role.

    • 17.5 hours (to include Teaching) across 3 days (Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) – Occasional Saturdays (approx. 6 a year)
    • Actual Salary £21,409.50 per annum (£42,819.00 Full Time Equivalent salary per annum)
