Work Location:

Roles are based at our London Bridge office. Some roles may be offered as a combination of office and remote working.

Administrative Officer (Training) – Full Time

Permanent position.

Salary:           £27,295 per annum

Hours:         35 hours per week to be spread across 5 days – start and finish times to be agreed.

Some flexibility around the start and finish times for this role will be required to cover changing business requirements.  (Including working on a Saturday rota).

Up to six Sundays a year are also required to be covered which will be shared across the administrative team.

An opportunity to support staff and trainees on a popular and highly-rated psychotherapy training

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic administrative officer to work with us from our offices at London Bridge and remotely online.

The Administrative Officer provides broad based administrative support encompassing administrative processes within the whole organisation. The role includes working with validating and accrediting bodies, relating to students and academic staff and clients, assisting with programme recruitment and assessment, including enrolment and finance. The Administrative Officer will be expected to work collaboratively with the Training and Clinic Managers, and with the other team members.

Finance Assistant – Part Time

Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Salary: £12,090 pro rata per annum (Full Time Equivalent £24,180 per annum)

Schedule:  Flexible during the week to include 7 hours on Friday.  Schedule to be agreed at interview stage.

The role is based at our London Bridge Office and can include an agreed flexible home working schedule.

WPF Therapy is looking for a Finance Assistant to work as part of a small team reporting the Director of Resources.  You will be working closely with the Finance Officer dealing with the Charity’s banking and financial procedures and systems.

Academic Tutor (Clinical) – Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Programme

Permanent – 3 hours per week

WPF Therapy is expanding and developing its Learning Resources Centre.  We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and help us create an integrated service to help trainees and students on the Psychodynamic Psychotherapy clinical training to achieve to the best of their potential.

Academic Tutor (Seminar Essays and Clinical Essays)

Working Pattern:   Up to 36 hours per term (10-week terms) with a minimum 3 hours student contact per week -timings flexible to meet demands.

Salary: £35,126.09 per year (Full Time Equivalent)

Actual Salary:  £2,431.80 per year

You will predominantly be working with trainees on the Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Programme, but there may also be occasional support for students on our introductory courses or MA course.  The Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Programme has approximately 110 trainees on the whole programme of whom about 30 graduate every year.

You may do some tutorials online (on Microsoft Teams).  You will also be expected to attend line management and team meetings via Microsoft Teams.

You will be responsible for supporting trainees and students with writing seminar and clinical essays.

You will support trainees and students by:

  • Offering 1:1 tutorials through a pre-arranged booking system
  • Offering ‘drop-in’ sessions
  • Running academic skills and clinical essay writing workshops in the Autumn and Spring terms.
  • Ensuring that any issues are flagged up appropriately and in time

Using your psychodynamic/psychoanalytic clinical training and relevant experience within the sector, you will liaise with professionals and staff across the organisation to provide a confidential support and advisory service within a proactive and central context.
