Challenging Behaviour at Work

Challenging Behaviour at Work

We are offering free 1 hour sessions to enable employers and employees to gain an understanding of the different unconscious motives that play a role when dealing with challenging behaviour at work.

Behaviour such as:

  • Conflict between people working together
  • Constant breaking of boundaries
  • Lateness, sabotaging behaviour and disrespect

The aim of these short sessions is to give a deeper understanding of the dynamics that may be taking place within your team and thereby maximise productive working relationships.

We are delighted that Rodrigo Sánchez, our Brief Therapies Development Manager, will be running these lunchtime sessions (1pm – 2pm) on Monday 13th May, Monday 20th  May and Friday 24th May. Reserve a place via events@wpf.org.uk , or complete the online form.
